Kayla is instrumental in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting the firm’s president, Cole Linquist, in achieving client and firm goals. She develops and implements new processes, services, and technologies while providing ongoing team training to enhance client care.
Kayla holds the Series 7, Series 6, SIE, Series 63, and a 2-15 Life & Health Insurance License. She earned her bachelor's degree from Midwestern State University in Texas. Her career in financial services began as a bank teller, leading her to pursue a passion for wealth management.
Joining Fortress Wealth Group in January 2021, Kayla thrives on the challenges and dynamic environment of her role. She values the strong relationships with clients, which inspire her to continually seek better solutions.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys traveling with her significant other, Brent, and spending time with her two Siberian huskies, Aurora and Oliver. A Texas native, she moved to Florida in 2020 and loves escaping to scenic locations with cozy cabins. Family is central to her life, and she frequently visits her large family in Texas.
